I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the determination of the date of enforcement of a part of Law relating to the Exceptional Measures about Government Contracts of Law No. 60 of 1946 and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 10
The provisions of Art. 1, pars. 1 and 2, former part of Arts. 4 to 7 inclusive, and Supplementary Provision pars. 2 and 3 of Law No. 60 of 1946, shall be enforced as from January 17, 1947.
