We hereby order abrogation of the Naval Vessel Ordinance, etc.,as well as enforcement of the said abrogation.

The Naval Vessel Ordinance, and the Destroyer Division, Submarine Division, Gunboat Division, Escort Division, Transport Division, Torpedo-boat Division, Mine-sweeper Division and Submarine Chaser Division Ordinances shall be abrogated.
Supplementary Provisions:
This Ordinance shall be applied as from 1 April, the 21st year of Showa (1946).
In respect of Naval Vessels which are in foreign waters at the time of application of this Ordinance, the old Ordinance shall be in effect until the removal of such vessels from the Special Transport Vessel and Minesweeper lists, even after the date of application of this Ordinance.
