朕戰時補償特別措置法及附屬法令ヲ御料ニ係ル戰時補償請求權ニ関シ準用スル等ノ件ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム
I hereby give My Sanction to the Ordinance regarding the application with due modifications of the War Indemnity Special Measures Law and its related regulations to the disposal of war indemnity claims of the Imperial Household Properties, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Household Ordinance No. 26
第一條　戰時補償特別措置法及附屬法令ハ御料ニ係ル戰時補償請求權（戰時補償特別措置法第一條ニ規定スルモノヲ謂フ）ニ關シ個人ノ例ニ依リ之ヲ準用ス但シ宮内省ノ所在地ヲ以テ納税地トス
Article 1.　The War Indemnity Special Measures Law and its related regulations shall apply with due modifications to the disposal of war indemnity claims of the Imperial Household Properties in accordance with the provisions relating to properties of individuals in Article 1 of the War Indemnity Special Measures Law, provided that tax shall be collected at the imperial Household Ministry.
第二條　戰時補償特別措置法及附屬法令ハ皇族竝王族及公族ニ之ヲ適用ス
Article 2.　The Indemnity Special Measures Law and its related regulations shall apply to the Imperial Princes and Princesses and the Princes and Princesses of the Main and Branch Houses of Prince Ri.

本令ハ昭和二十一年十月三十日ヨリ之ヲ適用ス
The present Ordinance is retrospective to October 30, 1946.
