I hereby give My Sanction to the Ordinance for the Amendment of the Regulations governing the Expenses for Homeland Travelling and cause the same to be promulgated.

The following amendment shall be made to the Regulations governing the Expenses for Homeland Travelling:
The list annexed to the Regulations shall be revised as follows:
1.　Carriage, Daily Allowance, Lodging Charge and Table Expense.

1.　The distance (kilometers) of the list is computed on the basis of 1 km. of overland route for which no railroad transportation is available and 2 km. of sea route respectively considered as 1 Ion. of railroad in case of an official and his family proceeding to a new post from the former one.
2.　In the above computation, fractions less than 1 km. are omitted.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance is retrospective to August 1, 1946.
