朕は、樞密顧問の諮詢及び貴族院の議決を経て、昭和二十一年勅令第三百五十一号貴族院令第一條第三号、第五号及び第六号の議員の任期延長に関する勅令の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction, with the advisee of the Privy Council and through the resolution of the House of Peers, to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the Imperial Ordinance No. 351 of 1946, retating to the prolongation of the term of office of the members under Art. 1, items 3, 5 and 6 of the Regulations of the House of Peers, and cause the same to be promulgated.

勅令第六百十二号
Imperial Ordinance No. 612
昭和二十一年勅令第三百五十一号の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Imperial Ordinance No. 351 of 1946, shall be amended as follows:
「昭和二十二年二月十日」を「日本國憲法施行の日の前日」に改める。
"February 10, 1947" shall read "the day previous to the enforcement day of the Japaneses Constitution."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
