I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance relating to the partial amendments of Imperial Ordinance No. 465 of 1921, concerning the "fees for patent, design, trade mark and utility model" and cause the same to be promulgated.

The following partial amendments shall be made to Imperial Ordinance No. 465 of 1921, concerning the matters pertaining to the fees regarding patent, design, trade mark and public utility model:
第一條第一項各号を次のように改める。
Each item of Article 1, paragraph 1 is amended as follows:

36. Application for preparing drawing A fee from \5.00 to not more than \150.00 which the Bureau of Patents and Standards determines shall be charged per sheet of drawing; provided that in case of photograph, not more than \50.00 per quartering.

Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、昭和二十二年一月一日から、これを施行する。
This Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from January 1, 1947.
