I hereby give My Sanction to the Ordinance connected with revision of a part of the Ordinance for the Urgent Measures concerning the Control of Population Inflow into Urban Areas, under the Imperial Ordinance No. 542 of 1945 relating to the Orders to be issued in consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 571
The Urgent Measures concerning the Control of Population Inflow into Urban Areas shall be revised as follows:
In paragraph 1 of Article 2 "November 30, 1946" shall read "March 31, 1947."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
