I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the abrogation of the Enforcement Ordinance for War-time Exceptions to the Industrial Property Law and cause the same to be promulgated.

The Enforcement Ordinance concerning the War-time Exceptions to Industrial Property Law shall hereby be abrogated.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from November 15, 1946.
