Rehabilitation Ordinance
Rehabilitation shall be granted to those persons who by reason of fine or graver penalty passed upon them have lost their qualifications or have them suspended, and have passed not less than five years between the day on which the execution of the aforesaid penalty ceased or was remitted and the day before November 3, 1946; but this shall not apply in cases where they were again sentenced to fine or graver penalty on and after November 3, 1946.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
