I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Divisions and Bureaux as well as Personnel attached to the Cabinet and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 479
Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Divisions and Bureaux as well as Personnel attached to the Cabinet shall be amended as follows:
In Article 7, "full-time, 16 persons" shall read "full-time 17 persons." and "full-time 126 persons" shall read "full-time 134 persons."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
