I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry of Finance and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 474
The following partial amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry of Finance.
In Article 1, in the part of Secretaries of Ministry of Finance "4 (full time)" shall read "5 (full time)" and next to the part of the Technical Officials of Ministry of Finance shall be added the following:
Secretaries or Technical Officials } of Ministry of Finance
22 (full time) second class
30 (full time) third class
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
