審議経過

朕は、昭和二十年勅令第五百四十二號ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴ひ發する命令に關する件に基く昭和二十年法律第四十四號國家總動員法及び戰時緊急措置法廢止法律の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the amendment to parts of Law No. 44 of 1945 in connection with the abolition of National Mobilization Law and War-time Emergency Measures Law, under the Imperial Ordinance No. 542 of the twentieth year of Showa (1945) relating to the Orders to be issued in consequence of the acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 452
昭和二十年法律第四十四號の一部を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendment shall be made to Law No. 44 of 1945 concerning the abolition of National Mobilization Law and War-time Emergency Measures Law.
附則第二項中「六月間」の下に「（戰時海運管理令及船員動員令ニ付テハ一年間）」を加へる。
Next to "six months from the day of the enforcement of this Law" in Paragraph 2 of the Supplementary Provisions, "(however, one year with respect to Imperial Ordinance No. 235 of 1942 concerning War-time shipping Control and Imperial Ordinance No. 22 of 1945 in connection with Mariners Mobilization.)" shall be inserted.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
This Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
