I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of Imperial Ordinance No. 153 of 1944, regulating the income amount of fee, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the Temporary Measure Law of the Costs of the Suits etc., and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 449
A part of Imperial Ordinance No. 153 of 1944 shall be amended as follows:
"900 yen" shall read "6,000 yen."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from October 1, 1946.
