審議経過

朕は、昭和二十年勅令第五百四十三號（同年勅令第五百四十二號ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴ひ發する命令に關する件の施行に關する件）の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment to the Imperial Ordinance No. 543 of 1945 (with reference to the Imperial Ordinance No. 542 of the same year relative to the enforcement of Ordinances in connection with the Orders to be issued in consequence of the acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration), and cause the same to be promulgated.

勅令第四百三十三號
Imperial Ordinance No. 433
昭和二十年勅令第五百四十三號の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Partial amendment shall be made to the Imperial Ordinance No. 543 of 1945 in the following way:
第二項中「及拘留」を「、拘留及五千圓以下の過料」に改める。
In Paragraph 2, "and detention" shall read, ",detention and a penalty not exceeding 5,000 yen".
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
