I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the travelling expenses, daily allowance and hotel-expenses for the expert commissioners prescribed in the Law providing Temporary Measures as to Leasehold Land and Leased Buildings in the Cities Damaged by War, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 412
In respect of the travelling expenses, daily allowance and hotel-expenses for the expert commissioners prescribed in the Law providing Temporary Measures as to Leasehold Land and Leased Buildings in the Cities Damaged by War, Article 3 and 4 of the Imperial Ordinance No. 339 of the 11th yare of Taisho (1922) shall apply with the necessary modifications.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as fom September 15, 1946.
