I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the districts to which the Law providing Temporary Measures as to Leasehold Land and Leased Buildings in the Cities Damaged by War are applied, and cause the same to be promulgated.

The Law providing Temporary Measures as to Leasehold and Leased Buildings in the Cities Damaged by War shall apply to those districts as specified below:
