朕は、農林部內臨時職員等設置制の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Ordinance for the amendments to be made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Establishment of Temporary Officials in the Offices under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 399
農林部內臨時職員等設置制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendments shall be made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Establishment of Temporary Officials in the Offices under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
第一條中「專任九十人」を「專任八十八人」に、「專任二百八十五人」を「專任二百八十三人」に、「專任七百二人」を「專任六百九十五人」に改める。
In Article 1, "full time 90 persons" shall read "full time 88 persons," "full time 285 persons" shall read "full time 283 persons" and "full time 702 persons" shall read "full time 695 persons."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
