改正対象法令

朕は、樞密顧問の諮詢及び貴族院の議決を經て、貴族院令の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction, with the advice of the Privy Council and through the resolution of the House of Peers, to the Imperial Ordiance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations of the House of Peers and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 350
貴族院令の一部を次のやうに改正する。
A part of the Regulations of the House of Peers shall be amended as follows:
第一條第六號中「樺太」を削る。
In Article 1, Item 6, "Karafuto" shall be deleted.
同條第七號を削る。
In the same Article, Item 7 shall be deleted.
第六條中「樺太」を削り、「六十七人以內」を「六十六人以內」に改める。
In Article 6, "Karafuto" shall be deleted and "less than 67 persons" shall read "less than 66 persons".
第七條　削除
Article 7　shall be deleted.
附　則
Supplementary provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
