I hereby give My Sanction to the Ordinance concerning Inspection Charge for Export Silk and Rayon Fabrics and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 339
Ordinance Concerning Inspection Charge for Export Silk and Rayon Fabrics.
Art. 1. Those applying for the inspection of silk and fabrics for export to the Export Silk Fabrics Inspection House are requested to pay the charge given hereunder. The same is requested to those applying for the reinspection, dissatisfied with the result of the inspection made.
1. Export silk fabrics ¥0.80 per bolt
2. Export rayon fabrics ¥0.25 per bolt
Art. 2. The charge shall be paid by the revenue stamp.However, it can be payable in cash in accordance with the provisions provided for by Order.
Supplementary Provision:
This Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
