審議経過

朕は、樞密顧問の諮詢を經て、昭和十五年勅令第八百四十三號內閣官制第十條の規定に依り國務大臣として內閣員に列せしめられる者に關する勅令の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction, with the advice of the Privy Council, to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment to the Ordinance No. 843 of the fifteenth year of Showa (1940) relating to the persons who are to be ranked in the members of the Cabinet as Ministers of State in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Government organization of the Cabinet and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 326
昭和十五年勅令第八百四十三號の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Part of the Imperial Ordinance of the fifteenth year of Showa (1940) shall be amended as follows:
第二項中「四人以內」を「五人以內」に改める。
In Paragraph 2, "not more than four persons" shall read "not more than five persons."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
