審議経過

朕昭和二十年勅令第五百四十二號「ポツダム」宣言ノ受諾ニ伴ヒ發スル命令ニ關スル件ニ基ク同年勅令第六百三十四號兵役法廢止等ニ關スル件中改正ノ件ヲ裁可シ玆ニ之ヲ公布セシム
We hereby give Our sanction to the amendments of the Imperial Ordinance No. 634 of 1945 concerning the "Abrogation of Military service law etc., based on the Imperial Ordinance No. 542 of the same year, issued in consequence of the acceptance of Potsdam Declaration", and hereby cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 284
昭和二十年勅令第六百三十四號中左ノ通改正ス
The Imperial Ordinance No. 634 of 1945 shall be revised as follows:
附則第二項ヲ左ノ如ク改ム
Section II of the Supplementary Provision shall be revised as follows:
復員セザル者ノ兵役ニ關シテハ其ノ者ノ復員ニ至ル迄仍舊規定（徵集ニ關スルモノヲ除ク）ニ依ル
As for the military service of those who have not yet been demobilized, the old regulations (excluding those relating to levy) shall be applied to them.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
本令ハ內閣總理大臣ノ定ムル日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
This Ordinance shall come into force as from the day designated to the Prime Minister.
