MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT
SUBJECT	Repatriation

1. Reference is made to memorandum from the Supreme Commander
for the Allied Powers, file AG 370.05 (7 May 46) GC-O, SCAPIN 927, dated 7
May 1946, subject as above, as amended.
2. All pages of the reference in paragraph 1 above are rescinded with
the exception of Annex VIII thereto (Rescissions), and the pages attached will
be substituted therefor. Changes incorporated in the new pages, 1-22, have
been underlined.
3. The provisions of Annex VI, reference prragraph 1 above, have been
rescinded by Memorandum for the Japanese Government, AG 130 (18 Jan 49)
EES/FIN, SCAPIN 1966, dated 18 January 1949, subject: Property Individuals
are Authorized to Carry on Entering and Leaving Japan.
