MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT
SUBJECT	Repatriation of Non-Japanese

1. Memorandum for the Japanese Government, AG 014.33, SCAPIN 1527, subject: Repatriation of Non-Japanese, 14 February 1947, is rescinded.
2. Reference is made to Memorandum for the Japanese Government, AG 370.05 (7 May 46) GC - O, SCAPIN 927/17, subject: Repatriation, 9 March 1949.
3. All provisions in referenced memorandum pertaining to voluntary repatriation of non-Japanese nationals are rescinded.
4. Effective this date voluntary repatriation of non-Japanese nationals will be the responsibility of the individual.
