SUBJECT

Petroleum Importation for Japanese Government, April, May, June 1946.

1. Reference is made to directive from Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, dated 14 March 1946, file AG 463.7 (14 Mar 46)GD (SCAPIN 812), subject as above, which is amended as follows:

2. The increase in quantities of Diesel Oil for May and June are to provide for the fueling of Japanese vessels engaged in minesweeping activities.
3. With the exception of changes indicated, all other provisions of the original directive remain the same. However, on or before the 25th of each month you will specifically report actual quantities of Bunker Diesel Oil delivered by Petroleum Distribution Control Company during the previous month to Japanese minesweeping vessels.
