Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals.

1. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 6 November 1945, file AG 000.5 (6 Nov 45) LS and subject as above, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver the following named individuals to the Commanding General, XI Corps, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest practicable date, is hereby amended to delete the names of the individuals mentioned below on the pages indicated.
