MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation of Formosans and Koreans Aboard Vessel Kizan Maru.

1. Reference is made to memorandum for the Imperial Japanese Government, AG 370.05 (5 Mar 46) GC, (SCAPIN-795), subject: "Repatriation of Koreans Aboard Vessel Kizan Maru."
2. Paragraphs 1 and 2 of above reference are rescinded herewith.
3. The Kizan Maru is expected to arrive at Kure about 8 March 1946.
4. On board are 182 Formosan and 16 Korean repatriates.
5. The Imperial Japanese Government will receive and care for the repatriates mentioned in paragraph 4 above, and will transport them to appropriate ports for embarkation on vessels bound for their respective countries.
