MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation of Koreans Aboard Vessel Kizan Maru.

1. The Japanese Repatriation vessel Kizan Maru is now in Manila undergoing minor repairs. It is expected to arrive at Kure in the near future.
2. Aboard the vessel Keizan Maru are 16 Korean civilian repatriates.
3. The Imperial Japanese Government will receive care for the Korean repatriates, and transport them to a suitable port for embarkation on a repatriation vessel bound for Korea.
