Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.

SUBJECT

Censorship of the Mails.

1. All postal communications are subject to censorship, to the extent deemed advisable by the Supreme Allied Commander.
2. Mails will be made available to the Civil Censorship Detachment, AFPAC, and will be submitted for censorship as directed from time to time thru the liaison officer of the Board of Communications assigned to censorship.
