1. Technical Memorandum AG 000.93-GC-W1, enclosed with Memorandum for the Imperial Japanese Government, file AG000.93(19 Nov 45) GC-D, dated 19 November 1945, General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, subject as above, is amended as follows:
a. Change paragraph 3a to read as follows:
"a. At 0400z, 1000Z, 1600Z, 2200Z.

b. Add paragraph 9, as follows:
"9. A. Hourly weather reports from the stations listed in paragraph 2b above and paragraph 1 of Memorandum for the Imperial Japanese Government, File No. AG000.93 (13 Jan 45) GC, subject: Operation of Government Meteorological Stations Located on detached Islands, dated 13 January 1946, will be sent in sufficient time to arrive at the Central Meteorological Observatory, Tokyo, by forty-five (45) minutes after the hour of Observation.
c. Hourly weather reports from weather stations received by the Central Meteorological Observatory will be proposed for transmission to the Army Airways Communication System radio station at Atago Hill, Tokyo, so as to arrive not later than fifty (50) minutes after the hour of observation."
