IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.

Subject

Action Regarding Banned Japanese Motion Pictures.

1. The Eighth Army has been directed to pick up banned Japanese motion pictures now stored at the Home Ministry, with the exception of four prints and one negative of each title which will be kept at the Home Ministry subject to further disposition of this Headquarters.
3. The Japanese Government is directed to:
a. Make available to the Eighth Army the complete collection of banned pictures, except for the four prints and one negative, of each title, which are to be held in storage as stated above.
b. Furnish labor to load these films on Eighth Army transport at the Home Ministry.
