MEMORANDUM FOR	The Imperial Japanese Government
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo
SUBJECT	Shipment of 1000 Kilograms of Daikon Seed and 1200 Kilograms of Chinese Cabbage Seed

1. It is directed that the necessary action be taken at once to effect the shipment to Korea of 1000 kilograms of Daikon seed and 1200 kilograms of Chinese cabbage seeds.
2. The shipment will be consigned to the Commanding General, United States Forces in Korea.
3. The assembly, packing and shipping arrangements are to be completed at the port of shipment as soon as practicable. This Headquarters is to be advised when all arrangements have been completed.
4. Acknowledgement is directed.
