MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Removal of Suspension on Repatriation of Koreans.

1.Reference is made to memorandum this headquarters, file AG 370.05 (3O Dec 45)GC, subject: "Suspension Repatriation of Koreans."
2.a.Suspension of sailings of vessels carrying repatriates to Koreas been lifted.
b.Instructions have been issued to the Eighth United States Army to reload the 2,000 Koreans mentioned in reference letter aboard the USS General O. H. Ernst.
3.The instructions issued in paragraph 2 of above cited reference are rescinded.
4.Transportation of Koreans by rail will be resumed in the normal manner.
