MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Supplies, Transportation and Facilities for Repatriates.

1.Reference is made to memorandum to your government, file AG 370.5 (17 Nov 45)GC, dated 17 November 1945, subject: "Repatriation of Non-Japanese from Japan" and file AG 370.05 (17 Nov 45)GC, dated 17 November 1945, subject: "Reception Centers in Japan for Processing Repatriates".
2. It is the intent of the reference memorandums that:
a.The cost of supplies and facilities for repatriates will be borne by the Japanese government.
b.Water transportation will be provided without cost to repatriates.
c.Rail transportation will be provided without cost to authorized repatriates moving to repatriation centers under Japanese planned evacuation.
