MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation of Non-Japanese from Japan

1. Reference is made to Memorandum this headquarters, file AG 370.05 (16 Nov 45)GC, dated 16 November 1945, subject: "Repatriation of Non-Japanese from Japan".
2. The suspension prescribed, by cited reference will be lifted on 24 November 1945, and evacuation of coal miners from Hokkaido and Northern Honshu to repatriation ports by rail will be resumed. In this connection attention is directed to the special priority established for the repatriation of this group by paragraph 4d, Memorandum this headquarters, file AG 370.5 (1 Nov 45)GC, dated 1 November 1945, subject: "Repatriation of Non-Japanese from Japan".
