SUBJECT	Release of Certain Companies from Limitation of Activities and Report Requirements

1. Reference Memorandum for the Japanese Government from General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, AG 004 (8 Jun 46) ESS/AC, SCAPIN 1008, 8 June 1946, subject: Limitation of Activities of and Requiring of Reports from Certain Concerns.
2. The following companies, whose activities have been limited and from whom reports have been required by the provisions of reference memorandum paragraph 1, above, are hereby released from such limitations and are no longer required to make such reports:
a. Japan Fire Extinguishing Apparatus Company, Ltd (Nippon Keibokigu K. K.)
b. Kyosei Trading Company, Ltd (Kyosei Shoji K.K.)
c. Naigai Hoisery Company, Ltd (Naigai Meriyasu K.K.)
d. Ohmi Weaving Company, Ltd (Ohmi Orimono K.K.)
e. Ueda Iron Foundry, Ltd (K.K. Ueda Tekkosho)
f. Kowa Rubber Industry, Ltd (Kowa Gomu Kogyo K.K.)
