1. Reference is made to memorandum for the Japanese Government, file AG 311.3 (8 Mar 49)CCS, SCAPIN 1980, dated 8 March 1949, subject: Equalization of Radiotelegraph Rates.
2. So much of pages 1 and 3 of inclosure 1 to SCAPIN 1980 pertaining to Press Wireless, Inc.; VLT rates between Japan and "Other Offices U. S. A." is amended as follows:
