MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
SUBJECT	Suspension of Action Directed in SCAPIN 1878.

1. Reference is made to memorandum for the Japanese Government, file AG 410.2(7 Apr 48)CPC/FP, SCAPIN 1878, 7 April 1948, subject, "Property Produced in Occupied Areas. "
2. The Japanese Government is hereby directed to suspend, until further notice, all action directed in paragraph 4 of the subject memorandum.
