SUBJECT	Quarantine Installations and Procedures

1. Reference is made to memorandum for the Japanese Government from General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, AG 567.

2. In addition to the ports of entry listed in reference, the ports of Kagoshima and Hakata are designated as ports of entry but for Japanese shipping only.
3. The Japanese Government will provide quarantine services at these ports of entry, as required by the Commanding General, Eighth Army, for handling Japanese shipping.
