MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Radiotelegraph Service to China, Korea and Okinawa.

1. Reference is made to Memorandum for Japanese Government, file AG 311.23 (13 Sep 47)CCS (SCAPIN 1777), dated 13 September 1947, subject: Radiotelegraph Service to China, Korea and Okinawa.
2. That part of Inclosure 1 of reference memorandum showing radiotelegraph rates and division of revenue per word for Private, SCM, Government and Press Messages from Japan (Tokyo only) to China (via Manila) and from Japan (other offices) to China (via Manila) is hereby rescinded and replaced by Inclosure 1 of this memorandum.
3. Direct communication between the Civil Communications Section, General Headquarters, Supreme Commander far the Allied Powers and the Ministry of Communications, concerning matters within the scope of this memorandum, is authorized.
