MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation of German and Austrian Nationals.

1. Reference is made to memorandum for the Japanese Government, file AG 014.33 (21 Jul 47)GA, SCAPIN 1750, 21 July 1947, subject, "Repatriation of German and Austrian Nationals" from General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers.
2. Paragraph 11, Part II and paragraph 11, Part III to inclosure 3 of the reference memorandum are hereby rescinded and the following substituted therefor:
All property will be turned in to United States Eighth Army warehouse, Tokyo-to, Setagawa-ku, Yogacho, Tamagawa, 2 chome No. 103.
