THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Expansion of Radiotelegraph Service via the United States.

1. Reference is made to Memorandum for the Japanese Government file AG 311.23 (10 Aug 47)CCS, (SCAPIN 1759), dated 10 August 1947, subject same as above.
2. So much of paragraph 6 of reference memorandum as pertains to per word rates is hereby corrected to read "LC - 50% of full rate" instead of "LC - 60% of full rate."
3. So much of Inclosure 2 to the reference memorandum as pertains to Ecuador is hereby amended to read as follows:
