1. Reference is made to Memorandum for the Japanese Government, AG 676.3 (14 Jul 47)CCS, SCAPIN 1744, 14 July 1947, subject: Control of Radio Communications, as amended.
2. Inclosure 1 is a combined list of all permanent Japanese fixed and land radio stations. Temporary authorizations in general are excluded from this list; however, a few which affect permanent service requirements are included.
3. Inclosure 2 is a list of all permanent Japanese ship, coastal and marine beacon radio stations.
4. Inclosures 1 and 2 of this memorandum include all the permanent Japanese radio stations that were authorized by the reference memorandum and all additions, deletions and changes that have been subsequently authorized by memorandum to the Radio Regulatory Commission up to 1 January 1951. The authorizations for the stations listed in these inclosures are reaffirmed by this memorandum.
