MEMORANDUM FOR

JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.

THROUGH

SUBJECT

Control of Radio Communications.

1. Reference is made to Memorandum for the Japanese Government, file AG 676.3 (14 Jul 47)CCS, (SCAPIN 1744), dated 14 July 1947, subject as above.
2. Inclosure 1 is a combined list of Japanese Fixed and Land Radio Stations, comprising three separate lists arranged according to geographical location, frequency and call sign, and a list of abbreviations, definitions, and technical limitations. This list supersedes and rescinds Inclosures 1, 2 and 3 of SCAPIN 1744.
3. Inclosure 2 is a combined list of Japanese Ship Radio Stations and a list of Japanese Coastal and Radio Marine Beacon Stations. The list of Japanese Ship Radio Stations by SCAP Registry numbers, previously distributed as Inclosure 5 of the reference memorandum, is listed under part 1 on the cover page of Inclosure 2 of this memorandum and should be added thereto, thus completing the Japanese Ship and Coastal Radio Station List.
4. Inclosures 1 and 2 of this memorandum, together with Inclosure 5 of the reference memorandum, include all the Japanese radio stations that were authorized by the reference memorandum and all additions, deletions and changes that have been subsequently authorized by memoranda to the Ministry of Communications. The authorizations of the stations listed in these inclosures are reaffirmed by this memorandum.
