MEMORANDUM FOR

JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.

SUBJECT

Control of Radio Communications.

1. Reference is made to Memorandum to the Japanese Government, file AG 676.3 (29 Aug 46) CCS, (SCAPIN 1166), dated 29 August 1946, subject as above and amendments thereto.
2. The Japanese Ministry of Communications has requested authorization of further changes to the Master List of Frequencies Assigned for use by the Japanese Government by the reference memorandum as published and amended. Additions, deletions and changes subsequent to publication of the last amendment, dated 1 April 1947, to Master List of Frequencies Assigned for use by the Japanese Government are approved and listed in Inclosure 1.
3. That portion of paragraph 2b, Inclosure 2 of reference memorandum as amended, which reads "assuming their modulation or their possible keying to be only in amplitude" is deleted.
4. Paragraph 2b1, Inclosure 2 of reference memorandum as amended, is further amended as follows:

5. Paragraph 2b4, Inclosure 2 of reference memorandum as amended, is further amended as follows:

6. Paragraph 4b, Inclosure 2 of reference memorandum, as amended is further amended as follows:
FST- STATIONARY Station: A land station other than aeronautical and coast, carrying on a service with mobile or portable stations.
