2. The Japanese Ministry of Communications has proposed further changes to the Master List of Frequencies assigned for use by the Japanese Government as published and amended in the reference memoranda. Additions, deletions and changes subsequent to publication of the last amendment to Master List of Frequencies assigned for use by the Japanese Government are approved and listed in Inclosure 1, to be effective 31 January 1947.
