SUBJECT | Closing of Uraga Reception Center. |
1. Reference is made to Memorandum from Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, file AG 014.33 (11 Dec 46)GC (SCAPIN 1398), subject: Closing or Reduction of Repatriation Reception Centers.
2. Approximately fifteen hundred (1500) German nationals will be repatriated through Uraga Reception Center commencing on or about 28 January 1947.
3. Completion of closing Uraga Reception Center, as prescribed in paragraph 3a, reference paragraph 1 above, is suspended until repatriation of Germans is accomplished.
