1. Reference is made to:
a. Memorandum from the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, file AG 014.33 (20 Sep 46)GC, (SCAPIN-1221) dated 20 September 1946, subject: Repatriation of Evacuees from Bonin Islands.
b. Memorandum from the Central Liaison Office, Number 5175(RF), dated 7 October 1946, subject as above.
2. The authorization for repatriation of Rogers Savory and Roy Gilley, as authorized by reference 1 a above, is hereby cancelled.
3. Baggage allowance authorized for above named individuals may be carried by their family members.

b. Memorandum for the Imperial Japanese Government, file AG 014.33 (12 Oct 46)GC, (SCAPIN-1265), dated 12 October 1946, subject as above, attached as inclosure number 1 hereto.
2. Request routine supervision of compliance with provision of memorandum, paragraph 1 b above.
3. The Commanding Generals, IX Corps and 1st Cavalry Division have been furnished copies of this letter and inclosure hereto.
