MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Removal of THAKIN TUN OKE and ANKING THAKIN BA SEIN from Apprehension List.

1. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, file AG 000.5 (18 Feb 46) CIS, (SCAPIN-749), 18 February 1946, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to apprehend and deliver to Sugamo Prison THAKIN TUN OKE, Burmese Ambassador Designate to Japan, and ANKING THAKIN BA SEIM, Ambassador Designate to Manchukuo, is hereby rescinded.
2. The Imperial Japanese Government will delete the names of THAKIN TUN OKE and ANKING THAKIN BA SEIM from the lists of persons to be apprehended.
