1. Reference is made to Memorandum for the Imperial Japanese Government, AG 014.33 (23 Aug 46)GC, (SCAPIN-1150), dated 23 August 1946, subject: "Repatriation of Natives of Saipan and Other Pacific Ocean Area Islands and Manchuria."
2. So much of paragraph 3 b of reference memorandum as reads "not later than 15 September 1946" is changed to read "not later than 30 September 1946."
