MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
Subject	Export Procedure.

1. Reference is made to Memorandum for the Imperial Japanese Government from General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, AG 091.31 (14 March 46) ESS/IE (SCAPIN 814), 14 March 1946, Subject: “Export Procedure.” Attachment 2, Block 6 and Attachment 4, Block 5, to the reference memorandum are revised to read, “Estimated Value (Total in Yen) FOB.” References to “FAS” in the instruction for filling out the above mentioned blocks are revised to read “FOB” and all price quotations henceforth will be in terms of “FOB. Japan ports.”
2. This change is made retroactive to 1 March 1946.
